Born in 1949, living in Stockholm.

Education at Stockholm University and painting course in Stockholm.

After a career in business, including as director of the Chamber of Commerce in San Francisco, Marie-Louise Ullmark began her career as an artist in her fifties and has since been busy painting for solo and collective exhibitions in the USA and in Sweden. She has also participated in exhibitions in Paris and Canada.

Between 2001-2015 she has had more than twenty solo exhibitions, in Sweden mainly in Stockholm, among others at Galleri Studio 5, Galleri Bellman, Konsthallen Stockholm, Galleri Hagman and Galleri Rääf and in the USA mainly in California, among others at Focus Gallery, DiPietro Todd and Swedish Room, San Fransisco Design Center in San Fransisco and at the Robert Mondavi Winery in Napa Valley.

During the same period, she has participated in just as many group exhibitions in various places in California, including at The Giorgi Gallery in Berkeley and SomARTS in San Francisco, in Canada at Galerie Gora in Montreal and in Stockholm at, among others, Affordable Art Fair and Edsvik Art Fair .

Marie-Louise Ullmark's paintings have found buyers in many parts of the world, in addition to Sweden and the USA, also in, for example, France, Spain, Great Britain, Germany, China and Mexico.
